“Up for Anything” is a nod to the height of the Zalmhaven Tower apartment and the courage of its female owner. High above Rotterdam, Lagrand Interior Design created an apartment that combines spectacular panoramic views with an exclusive, refined interior. The empty new building has been transformed into a warm, layered home with distinctive details and a soft, feminine signature.  The private foyer serves as a personal entrance, separate from the main entrance, and immediately sets the tone for the interior. Layered wall decorations in warm reds and powdery tones combine with soothing, natural materials, creating depth and balance. Coop.M is organised around the idea of openness: spatially, environmentally, and socially. Rather than separating rooms through rigid enclosure, Note Architects use exposed structural elements, movable partitions, and layered thresholds to create a living environment that remains adaptable over time. Kenta Hasegawa The architecture prioritises airflow, flexibility, and connection between spaces, allowing the residence to respond to both climate and evolving family needs. A central design approach involved stripping back the beam finishes to expose the concrete structure beneath. This reveals the geometry of the building while reinforcing a direct relationship between architecture and landscape. The exposed beams establish a continuous... More

Through the renovation of a 97 m² apartment in a 1970s building in the Paraíso neighborhood of São Paulo, AS913 emerged from a radical decision: to tear down all the walls and completely rethink the logic of the original floor plan. André Mortatti Where the space was once divided into small bedrooms, a single bathroom, an isolated kitchen, and a service quarter, the new project embraces openness and continuity. The... More

Complete renovation of the entire apartment, approximately 160 square meters. We virtually demolished all non-load-bearing walls and redesigned the layout from scratch. All the systems were completely redone, including the air conditioning system; the windows and doors were replaced; the floor screeds were redone, and consequently, all the coverings were replaced. We retained only two original wood and glass doors, which we reused in the entrance area as elements of continuity between the old and new.
