Early 2018 3Gen Development Group along with it’s sister company DAS STILHAUS (a boutique interior design firm) did a top to bottom renovation on a worn down Victorian in the heart of Harbord Village. They enlisted NKArchitects to work with them to bring their vision for this house alive. Above you can see just some of the 3 story turnover. Below the original house. It was quite the transformation involving local artisans + skilled tradespeople to fulfill the vision of Alexis Walker + Darcy Ward who headed the design team.
