Working directly with the practice, we found a suitable site within the area to suit the building the users needed. Being an ecologically sensitive area, we negotiated with all the relevant parties to ensure the building was not just environmentally friendly, but user friendly too. Housing clinical spaces, minor operations suite, dental practice, dispensary and community paramedic room, this was a scheme the local community loved.
