Tonkotsu Acton Mews

Tonkotsu in Acton Mews, Haggerston is a unique noodle making concept factory and restaurant which combines every stage of noodle making process. The design is built around the rich mix of functions, integrating cooking, noodle making, bar and seating areas within a disused car mechanics workshop. Blenheim Design retained the signature characteristics of the existing Tonkotsu whilst refining the design to create an interior appropriate to 150 year old brick arches.
