Extension of TopPharm pharmacy / chemist’s Hägendorf
Extension including consulting and sale of medical aids as well as tea bar with lounge
Initial situation
The owner, Mrs Tuyen Vo, was able to rent the shop space next door and plan an extension. The pharmacy is located on a main street with a lot of traffic. Along with the extension, additional parking spaces were also acquired.
Task
After successfully moving into the new building, the desire arose to extend once again and to expand the range of services in order to offer customers the greatest possible comfort. The extension was to include a lounge with a tea bar, a transparent room for individual mixtures of spagyric essences, and a modern area for consulting and the sale of medical aids.
The tea bar and lounge shall invite customers to linger, the new area for mixing spagyric essences will provide a great ambience and experience, and the consulting and sales department will be friendly, modern and appealing.
Solution
The appearance of the pharmacy impresses with new highlights and invites customers to stay longer in the pharmacy. The tea bar allows for customers to serve themselves and try out the latest tea creations. Right next to it is the lounge; the comfortable seating area and attractive carpets give it a cozy atmosphere to linger in. The seating group is also suitable for older people, as the seat height was not chosen too low.
Attached to it is the children’s corner which is integrated into the activities unfolding within the pharmacy. The new spagyric lab is set in scene by means of a wall application. The department for consulting and sale of medical aids and sanitary supplies is open and brightly designed, radiating a relaxed implicitness. A natural environment with potted plants is used for this purpose. The acoustic ceiling made of silver fir was adapted to the existing ceiling, but designed as a ceiling sail to create tension. The demand for this naturalness creates a pleasant ambience, and also stimulates the senses of both customers and employees.
