Care for Life develops, builds and operates innovative housing and living projects for young and old. TRIAMANT Haspengouw Velm by Sint-Truiden in the pilot project. The vision involving housing, care and welfare seamlessly overlap is ruimtelijk translated into the masterplan. Art historian Mimi Debruyn examined how carefree and live full lives could be implanted in a historic castle and park area. The master plan is the main castle complex, which functions as landschappelij k beacon. In the castle, which is fully renovated to a grand café, a B & B and some residential units housed. The other housing units - 91 fl ats, 7 town houses, 7 houses and 14 houses of 9 woonzorgverblijven - are housed in quality construction.
