This loft had generous spaces to begin with but it needed warming up with color and texture. Kevin Dumais, the interior designer, deftly provided these elements. We reconfigured the layout, the HVAC system and designed much of the millwork including the undulating walnut banquette bench that conceals a TV.

 

Material Used :

1. Banquette – kitchen dinning - banquette seating with backing | movable panel on swing lift mechanism, tv hidden behind

 

2. Wall hung bench - entry hall - wall hung bench with backing panel and drawers - rift cut white oak, stained.

 

3. Murphy bed / library unit - entry hall - library unit with adjustable shelves on wood slats, pull out trey, and concealed queen size murphy bed. provide (8) adjustable shelves. - rift cut white oak, stained on all exposed faces, including shelves, treys, murphy bed panel, and box interior, wood slats and baseboard.

 

4. TV credenza - living room - credenza unit with (3) pairs of doors.  provide (3) fixed interior dividers and (12) adjustable shelves. - catalyzed lacquer, satin finish. cabinet base to be metal – dark bronze finish for all visible faces, doors on all sides. maple interiors, stained black/brown.
