Underground city (surviving a hurricane) is a project that begun with the study of hurricanes and the way they destroy everything that is on its path. Cities, towns, and man made structures have to be rebuilt every year, because of the destruction caused by this natural force. This man-made landscape is a city that hides itself from the hurricane, by going underground. The program includes seven hundred units, and a beach club.
