In order to give maximum retail exposure, the retail podium fronts the road, while the serviced apartment tower is located on the side facing the condominium development, with a facade treatment that echoes it, yet is adapted to express a more commercial development. The office tower, which faces the west and therefore has the greatest need to resist solar heat gain, has a solid, "punched" window facade.
