Valoriza is a company of construction, management, design, and promotion of real estate projects. The new space for its headquarters are located in the top floor of Le Mont shopping mall, in Medellin. It's a double-height space with a gabled roof, featuring two balconies and glass windows that allow abundant natural light into the interior.

The design premise was to achieve flexible, open, and nature-connected workspaces that respect the building's own architecture. Thus, we proposed a space with warm and colorful industrial character, where the central focus is a tree that serves as an intersection point, dividing the space into quadrants. This zoning, marked by changes in flooring materials, defines the functionality of the space.

The selected materials, including wood, concrete, and plants, allow primary accent colors (yellow and red) to harmoniously express themselves in the space.

A large perforation was made in the ceiling to allow natural light to enter the main protagonist, the tree. Planted in an old metal casting cauldron, it reinforces the soft industrial character sought, giving the feeling of having been present since before construction.
