The mixed-use residential development consists of 4 residential towers featuring 401 new apartments of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The towers sit above a 3-storey commercial podium and basement parking, totalizing 85,600 m2 above ground and 31,300 m2 of underground construction.
