In Verdito Veritas. The first studies for the Verdito Restaurant sought to efficiently integrate the different flows between the gastronomic services and the target public. The layout was designed to balance the operational kitchen sector, the hygiene and storage areas with the dining area. The first sketches also show the intention of visual permeability between the lounge and the preparation area. 

To configure the lounge, it was essential to work with a diversity of furniture and flexibility in the layout. This diversity had to take into account the different demands of the programme while prioritising the shared areas. 

On the pre-existing surroundings:

Other important constraints for the project were the views of the city's western panorama: the intention was to create a scenic window as part of the restaurant's furnishings. This was intended to frame the landscape and enrich the interaction between interior and exterior. 

On materiality:

The choice of materials was conditioned by the brand and concept created for the restaurant. Wood and hydraulic tiles were therefore studied from the beginning as conditioning factors. The landscaping design complements the greenery and delineates the boundaries between inside and outside.
