This project concerns the restoration and functional redevelopment of Villa Cesarotti and its transformation into a representative building for the Municipality of Selvazzano Dentro.
The project envisions a functional program that ranges from offices for the mayor and municipal board, to event spaces, reading rooms, and a council chamber.
The objective of the project is to enhance the historical structure of Villa Cesarotti, making it the centerpiece of a network of public-use spaces. The villa’s park, owned by the municipal administration, could therefore be more fully opened to the public and further established as a venue for events, with the Cesarotti building serving as its main stage.
