The house was built with eco-sustainable and biotechnological materials. The cladding is made of heat-treated organic larch, as are the windows and doors.

The interior paneling is made of reclaimed fir, the floors are oxidized oak, and the bathrooms are made of organic cement resin.

The roofing is made of black titanium zinc alloy, giving the building a monochromatic impact.

The design draws on the rational forms of Northern European farmhouses. The building sits on the garden and is located entirely on the ground floor, with a mezzanine level used as a relaxation area.

The systems are green, with a heat pump for hot water and cooling and an internal recirculation and heat recovery system.
