The residence is spread over three floors, where a family of five lives. Their request was to remodel the spaces in a contemporary way, adapting them to their needs. The house presents itself with a cumbersome distribution that did not exploit its potential, denying the relationship with the pertinent external space. The sleeping area is left on the top floor, creating a filter space on the intermediate floor, where the kitchen and living room are located, while placing the living room on the lower level together with a dependence for the eldest son. The upper level maintains a comb distribution, the room spaces are designed to measure and personalized, while in the other two levels the partitions are reduced to a minimum: a free space is created, where the functions are marked by the change of resin flooring and parquet.

Work was done on the attic, creating a double height that connects the main rooms in a visual path, the staircase climbs the wall, connects the heights and a relationship of vertical continuity between the two levels. Going down, the perspective of the living room ends with a large bookcase: By sliding the glass door, the design of the boiserie hides the bedroom, the walk-in closet and the bathroom. The detail is sought by taking care of every part tailored: the design of the parapets becomes a single system with the entrance furniture, which in turn perfectly fits the design of the flooring so that each piece completes the puzzle, making each piece essential.
