At SXL Arquitectos, we took on the challenge of designing Virtual X, an innovative gaming space located in a bustling shopping mall in Lima. Our goal was to create an immersive and dynamic environment where players could fully experience the fusion of design, technology, and entertainment.

To achieve this, we developed an architectural concept that balances functionality and aesthetics, incorporating lighting, furniture, and spatial distribution elements that enhance the user experience.

Each area within Virtual X has been carefully designed to maximize comfort and immersion. The classic gaming zone takes visitors back to the golden age of arcades and retro consoles, with an ambiance that evokes gaming nostalgia. The virtual reality area, on the other hand, is designed for total immersion, featuring enveloping lighting and materials that reinforce the sensation of stepping into a digital world. Finally, the group play spaces are designed for social interaction and competition, with ergonomic furniture and a flexible layout that ensures a comfortable and engaging experience.
