Kepri Management redefines the concept of a home-office through a minimalist and contemporary design that blends residential living with a dynamic, exclusive workspace. This hybrid project breaks conventional stereotypes by prioritizing proximity, comfort, and personalization, blurring the boundaries between home and office.
Located in a penthouse, the project transforms a residence into a functional loft that balances modern living needs with a warm and sophisticated environment. Every element has been meticulously selected to create a space where timeless design and quality take center stage. Noble materials such as American walnut, high-end finishes, and iconic furniture form the foundation of a refined aesthetic that meets the client’s demands.

Kepri Management’s proposal embodies the evolution of contemporary living spaces, integrating work and personal life into a single location that aligns with global trends of flexibility and multifunctionality. This home-office redefines the concept of work, fostering creativity, productivity, and closer connections in an environment that evokes the warmth of home. It is an innovative solution for a cosmopolitan lifestyle, where the boundaries between professional and private spheres dissolve to adapt to modern dynamics.

The layout reflects a perfect balance between functionality and design. The office and comfort area are equipped with the Grand Executive Highback armchair and Softshell Chair by Vitra, pieces renowned for their ergonomics and distinctive character. The Arco lamp by Flos adds a sculptural and iconic touch, while the Eames Elephant introduces a playful and welcoming element, reinforcing the sense of closeness.

The bedroom and living area feature the iconic Lounge Chair with Ottoman by Charles and Ray Eames (Vitra), which dominates the space, providing a haven of comfort and style. This area invites relaxation and enjoyment, combining functionality with a visual language that reflects sophistication and warmth.
