TFP Farrells as Architects

Walton Plaza is a landmark scheme in Puxi District that displays a form and appearance of timeless quality, iconic status and an identity unique to Shanghai. The overall masterplan of the development reveals an east west access. The scheme includes a 40-storey 80,000 m² office tower. The four low-rise and three high-rise apartment buildings are arranged to create an internal space that becomes a semi-public garden. The residential towers to the south of the site and low-rise apartment buildings to the north embrace a central multi-activity garden create a vibrant and exciting living environment.
