A project dedicated to those who love neutral and warm colors and accent design choices aimed at giving character to environments.
For the floors we chose an oak parquet for the whole house except the kitchen and bathrooms. Sand and taupe shades for the living room, a unique environment where, with the arrangement of the furniture, we created two areas, one for lunch and one in the living room with a TV wall and a workstation with a small bookcase. (San giacomo composition) The living is characterized by the “Shangai” table by Riflessi with brass-plated legs and marble top. With “Sofia” armchairs by Riflessi.
The dove gray color of the TV wall is distinguished by a layer of kerakol smeared on the surface, giving it an embossed finish created on site ad hoc. The lighting is composed by the pendant chandelier by Riflessi positioned above the dining table and the Panzeri wall sconce in brass finish. For this project we paid particular attention to the choice of lighting fixtures in all the spaces.
The entrance is characterized by a catchall, also by Sangiacomo, which incorporates all the furnishings of the living area. The kitchen (Oyster model by Veneta Cucine) plays with different shades of gray with visible inserts in metal and wood, excellent as a spice holder and bottle holder. We chose a light with superminimal shape by LineaLight.
The apartment has two bathrooms, a main one and another one in the bedroom. In the main bathroom we have a white marble effect ceramic by Marazzi that turns black by contrast on the washbasin wall.
The vase and washbasins are Duravit. For the main bathroom, the cabinets with the countertop washbasin and washing machine cabinet are made of wood with champagne gold metal inserts that echo the finish of the pendant lamps by Ideal lux on the mirror side. For the second bathroom we chose ceramics from the specifications, bathroom fixtures and washbasins and Duravit furniture with linen finishes with two integrated washbasins.
The countertop taps are aligned with separate oval mirrors illuminated by Metallux appliques. The Novamobili room is in rope and sand color with darker inserts in dove gray. The Ferm Living lamps hanging above the bedside tables are in palette with the colors of the room.
