Yerba Buena parking garage is the largest garage in San Francisco and is also considered one of its busiest. After renovation of storefronts and signage in 2003, Kwan Design Architects took on the challenge of renovating all three lobbies. The design incorporates white oval light columns, accent colors and cove lighting to distinguish different portions of the lobby. In 2007, Kwan Design Architects implemented the delaminated concrete floor repairs and maintenance project. It is an on-going project to repair carbonated concrete in an effort to extend the service life of the building.
