Bread is sacred in Bulgarian culture. The rituals related to its kneading are equal to a religious rite that provides continuity of life and unity with the divine spark in each one of us.

We approached the task with the idea of creating the appropriate décor for the bread to assume its role defined by tradition and life: a daily food for the body and the soul.

In order to emphasize the significance of BREAD, its makers and those accepting its strength, we decided upon a brave mass revelation of the sacrament of its creation: the bread-making process from start to finish takes place behind a glass window, in front of the customers’ eyes.

A true master of the interior, saturated with the good and bad of our days is the grass: a symbol of the eternal circle of life and nature. The color scheme of the premises transforms this ritual space into a theater with a brightly illuminated stage that softly and naturally merges into the area for relaxation and enjoyment.
