The ZILART residential complex will be located on the territory of the former ZIL factory, redesigned for residential development. The project consists of two buildings. The 15-storey red-brick building faces the quay with triangular balconies that resemble the ship's bows. French balcony fencing are cloud shaped. The 11-story building overlooking a street adjacent to the embankment has arched windows and a finer facade structure which is commensurate with the scale of the street.
