The Songlines house focuses on experimenting with the relationship between the house and the forest that surrounds it. The façade enclosure, made of Corten steel sheet, becomes an extension of the pine trees through its perforation. And this limit creates a beautiful play of reflections and shadows. From here, open spaces, abstract planes and attractive material textures that link with the Mediterranean character unfold.
The proposal also serves to bet and believe that the best way to save and take care of Ibiza's forests is to allow a rational use of them to integrate houses that maintain them.
