Located in a privileged context, the lounge MB explores the boundaries between interior and exterior of the work. The draft boundaries between open space and content are operated to produce a single architectural entity where the greatest part it has open space located in the central area of the project. They have projected three independent living quarters for 3 distinct activities: the first contains the Bar, a bar open kitchen and service areas, the second is a children's play area or reading at night, and finally the third larger is the central living room, conversation area, TV, and soccer games. These three independent bodies are articulated by a central space open and flexible which allows it to generate a lot of activities. This space is related to the other major players in the project, open courtyards, areas of outdoor activity contained by tropical gardens of vegetation and the color of an architectural object voluntarily neutral.
