Seafood Station Restaurant, Bar & Grill is a restaurant located in the heart of Sopot on the Polish coast. The interior was inspired by numerous trips to coastal towns. Investors pointed to Fishermens Warf in San Francisco or Mercado da Ribeira in Lisbon. Jan Sikora's journeys to colonial Manaus in the Brazilian jungle were also inspiring. The sketches he made there were used in a new Sopot project.
The interior of the restaurant is raw (tiles on the walls are made using the traditional method, a table made of cut logs), but not without designer elements (such as the classic and tasteful lamp: "Mimosa" or the unique "Barcelona" clock). The whole is complemented with details loosely referring to the historical Sopot: decorated doors, bianco carrara marble, wooden cladding and an upholstered sofa.
The interiors of the restaurant have been designed in an aesthetic that combines the features of the industrial style and - to a lesser extent - Art Nouveau style, which has been subtly accentuated. Massive steel I-sections and other visible structural elements of the mezzanine are - apart from functional - also a decorative element. Electrical installations (and not only) run in pipes under the ceiling, left in view
