ukyo X, the third location of the ukyo brand, is situated in the old city center of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in a pedestrian area characterized by historical stratification and an active public life. The space positions itself as an active extension of the street, where passers-by become participants. Glass sliding doors allow the interior to open entirely, transforming the commercial front into a natural extension of the walkable district.

Audio Center Showroom - Poland
Audio Center Show Room is an interior project combining a primary circulation space with a dedicated listening area, designed as an architectural framework for sound presentation and spatial experience. The project explores the relationship between movement, materiality, and acoustics, treating sound as an integral component of the architectural concept.
EKLEKT ATELIER
The circulation zone is defined by a sculptural, openwork staircase carved into a rocky, monolithic interior. The stairs lead through a vertically articulated space where material mass and light establish a slow, deliberate sequence of movement. At the center of the stair void, a shallow plane of water is introduced as an active architectural element.

Established in 2002, the Amar-Franses & Foster-Jenkins Trust provides scholarships, bursaries, and more recently subsidized rent and high-quality accommodation to post-graduate students in the arts and sciences. In their latest undertaking, the Trust appointed Selencky Parsons to convert a large, detached dwelling within a North London conversation area into post-graduate student accommodation, complete with an opera rehearsal space in the rear garden.
