Back in October 2007, when Sands Capital Management was a small investment firm occupying 10,000 ft² of space, Gensler designed their space to provide flexibility and an upscale look to assist in the growth of the company. They installed one Classic 51 wall that was simply 20’ x 10’ to divide their conference room and allow for multiple functions at the same time.Fast forward to 2016.
