Triplex Perdizes

Triplex Perdizes: Inverting Structural Logic to Prioritize Social LivingThe Triplex Perdizes was born from a young lawyer's desire to transform a standard 200 m² apartment into a dwelling with the soul of a house, prioritizing a complete outdoor area with a swimming pool and gourmet space for gathering friends and family. The project emerged organically while Pietro Terlizzi Arquitetura was working on another unit in the same building, which facilitated the initial contact with the client. The greatest technical and intellectual challenge of the renovation was the radical inversion of the rooftop's outdoor area position relative to the building's original structural proposal. This strategic shift allowed the resident to gain a privileg... More

Homin

The name HOMIN is a play on meanings. It echoes the Ukrainian word “гомін” (homin) — the lively hum of a large family filling the space with life — and the English phrase “Home In,” symbolizing a return to where you belong. A home begins not with walls, but with a feeling. This project is about a calm rhythm, clean space, and architectural silence. There are no accidental effects here: form follows function and human interaction. It is a manifesto of new minimalism, where aesthetics do not compromise daily comfort. Casa Borgoña

Casa Borgoña is the home of an art and wine lover, a spirit kindred to Alfonso X “The Wise”, on whose avenue the residence is located. Just as the king once brought culture and knowledge to the city of Murcia, this house embraces that heritage and transforms it into architecture: a space where design, history, and everyday pleasure intertwine. The dwelling is organized around a key architectural gesture: a curved wooden corridor that acts as its backbone. This sinuous path guides the inhabitant from the social areas to the private ones, softening the transition while concealing storage with millimetric precision. Along this route, a system of sliding doors allows the home to be redefined at any moment, articulating a mul... More

Javier de Paz Javier de Paz The day this warehouse was planned, the city center was much further away. This was a semi-industrial area, where medium-size work spaces such wo... More
