Triplex Perdizes: Inverting Structural Logic to Prioritize Social LivingThe Triplex Perdizes was born from a young lawyer's desire to transform a standard 200 m² apartment into a dwelling with the soul of a house, prioritizing a complete outdoor area with a swimming pool and gourmet space for gathering friends and family.
