Design and interior architecture and manufacturing of fine carpentry. A concept filled with sophistication and elegance, with nostalgic touches and using materials such as mahogany wood, polished bronze applications, burnished metal, and bone, immediately transports us to our center. The interior of this Grade 2 Listed house in Spitalfields had still retained many of its original features, including timber wall partitions with panelling, original floorboards, cornicing and architraves. A brutalist concept with an urban style using raw and exposed materials, with touches of color inspired by the streets and corners of the Brooklyn neighborhood in NY, materializes in the amenity areas that we designed and constructed for Barrio W, a mixed-use complex in the city center of Monterrey, Mexico. The intervention involved the entire renovation of a building, in which a living area was created, consisting of a living room with dining table, an independent kitchen with attached laundry / utility room and a guest bathroom. Building modifications and interior design first consisted in the effective use of the existing living room. Gradually, however, the assignment expanded to other areas. The division of the social part created a place for a new living room and bedroom. The layout of the living room is new, the sofa is moved to the corner and improves the functionality of the entire space, as well as is better connected to the dining room and kitchen. The existence of the Qasr-dasht segregated gardens and Chamran gardens on both sides of the project site, led the idea of binding two adjacent areas together.  This project creates a continuous green network and make the bridge more integrated to the context. Shiraz City has a unique historical characteristic.
