Hacotech

At first, the expression of this name creates a feeling of duality. Haco+tech is a combination of the names: Hacoupian and technology. This space is the information technology unit of the old and well-known clothing brand “Hacoupian”. The new generation of this collection defined the project. This building was a space for growth and communication between the old and new generations of this business. Deed studio The project’s building was a 60-year-old apartment with masonry materials, old and authentic like the brand itself. This was the basis for the formation of a dual approach to the project. Creating solidarity and building a single core from this duality was the main concept of the project. Deed studio Fro... More

Design and interior architecture and manufacturing of fine carpentry. A concept filled with sophistication and elegance, with nostalgic touches and using materials such as mahogany wood, polished bronze applications, burnished metal, and bone, immediately transports us to our center. PATRICIA CARRINGTON In this project, we wanted the protagonists of the space to be elements made of natural materials, brought to their fullest splendor. Here, we can find hand-carved wood by our expert craftsmen, we see inlays of cattle bone in the carving, we see small flashes of light on the polished bronze that provide the right amount of movement in the space for its use, and we see highly detailed and fine finishes such as sandblasting on the suspe... Wilkes Street

The interior of this Grade 2 Listed house in Spitalfields had still retained many of its original features, including timber wall partitions with panelling, original floorboards, cornicing and architraves. Acknowledging the critical value of this property’s Grade 2 listing and heritage, our design approach throughout is to maintain all period features, treating the introduction of anything new literally as ‘pieces of furniture’ - distinct elements separate from the main architecture and easily removable.  Anna Batchelor Anna Batchelor We proposed the introduction of two kitchen elements in a manner that is minimal similar to a chest of drawers. The design of the free-standing units is such that the design i... More

Twin Houses

The "Twin Houses" foresaw the construction of two side-by-side Villas, developed in 2 floors above ground level and an annex located on the side of the main building. This project also includes generous areas for green spaces, outdoor living areas and a swimming pool. PACHECOSANTOS | Arquitectos It is a project with a high level of rigor, also due to the challenge we set ourselves: to present two houses that, in a first analysis would be the same, but somehow, also acquire distinct personalities, even if through small details. PACHECOSANTOS | Arquitectos We tried, with the choice of materials (light tones and wood), spatial organization and an apparent simple volumetry to generate a game between light and shadow, that associated... INTERIOR OF THE APARTMENT IN BRNO

Building modifications and interior design first consisted in the effective use of the existing living room. Gradually, however, the assignment expanded to other areas. The division of the social part created a place for a new living room and bedroom. The layout of the living room is new, the sofa is moved to the corner and improves the functionality of the entire space, as well as is better connected to the dining room and kitchen. Caption Caption Above the sofa is a set of shelves with cabinets and next to it a fireplace insert. Opposite is a chest of drawers with a shelf and a place for a TV.
