The building was designed on a very long and relatively narrow plot of land. The terrain gently slopes from the local road towards the riverbank. However, this picturesque location had its limitations. Due to the risk of flooding, the regulations only allow construction to take place along the road, raised above the so-called hundred-year flood level. The possibility of building underground floors was also excluded. At first, the expression of this name creates a feeling of duality. Haco+tech is a combination of the names: Hacoupian and technology. This space is the information technology unit of the old and well-known clothing brand “Hacoupian”. The new generation of this collection defined the project. This building was a space for growth and communication between the old and new generations of this business. Design and interior architecture and manufacturing of fine carpentry. A concept filled with sophistication and elegance, with nostalgic touches and using materials such as mahogany wood, polished bronze applications, burnished metal, and bone, immediately transports us to our center. The interior of this Grade 2 Listed house in Spitalfields had still retained many of its original features, including timber wall partitions with panelling, original floorboards, cornicing and architraves. A brutalist concept with an urban style using raw and exposed materials, with touches of color inspired by the streets and corners of the Brooklyn neighborhood in NY, materializes in the amenity areas that we designed and constructed for Barrio W, a mixed-use complex in the city center of Monterrey, Mexico.
