This project concerns a single-family dwelling set on a plot with a steep natural slope and a privileged view over a surrounding landscape rich in vegetation and close to a body of water. The layout of the house takes advantage of the topography, sitting on a partially suspended platform that provides a continuous visual connection with the horizon and subtle integration with the surrounding nature. The project consists of a three-storey single-family house, set on a sloping plot with a steep longitudinal gradient. The main premise of the architectural design was to enhance the relationship between the interior and exterior, providing wide, unobstructed views and a continuous experience between the living spaces and the outdoor garden and leisure areas. We designed a residence that doubles as a workspace in a 50-year-old apartment building on a high ground in the heart of the city. The building stands on a hillside in the shape of a mortar facing a nearby river.
