The project comprises a new development on Usserød Kongevej, consisting of five residential units and one commercial space at ground level. The building is constructed in light-coloured brick with decorative brickwork in a sawtooth bond, while the rooftop apartment is clad in copper. Kystvillaen is situated on the edge of the coastal landscape in Greve and extends across approximately 330 square metres. The house is designed with a focus on calm, rhythm and light, where natural materials and fluid transitions create a harmonious flow throughout the spaces. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open the house towards the coast, while terraces extend from the living areas, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors. How can a house occupy the land without erasing what was already there? At Sabiá House, the existing trees become the starting point for the architecture. Rather than conceiving the residence as a single object placed on the site, the project is fragmented into a series of blocks distributed among the vegetation. As these volumes move apart, they create a sequence of voids. Amanelli is a 57.76-hectare residential master plan near lake coatepeque that brings together housing, landscape, recreation, and community infrastructure within a single territorial system. The plan responds to the site's volcanic topography by concentrating development on suitable slopes, retaining steep and wooded areas, and connecting the project through water, vegetation, and public space. Mindeulleul proposes a space where nature and architecture breathe together, drawing on the humble landscape embodied by the dandelion and the passage of time held within an old hanok. At the heart of the project are two concepts: Sasiji-oe (四時之外) and Daegoe-aegi (大塊噫氣).
