The client approached the studio with a brief to create a modular, adaptable space suitable for a variety of events—from concerts and stand-up comedy shows to photo and video shoots.
Key requirements included an open-plan hall, a large bar, restrooms, a shower, storage for equipment and furniture, and the ability to connect electrical gear in various parts of the space. The design was shaped by constraints such as low ceilings and the presence of existing columns and structural beams.
The core planning decision was to consolidate the bar and restrooms into a distinct functional zone. The remaining area was kept open, featuring a distributed electrical system, mobile modular structures built from metal profiles, and storage space concealed behind curtains along one of the walls.
