The apartment is located in the center of Chania and is developed on the 5th and 6th floor of a newly built building. The main goal of architectural design and interior decoration was to create a comfortable and luxurious living space for the purpose of tourist exploitation.

The apartment is developed on two levels with a total area of 148.00 sq.m. On the second level we find the living room, the kitchen with the dining room and a small wc. A characteristic element of the residence are the large balconies that develop on both free sides of the building and have views of the city, the sea and the mountains.

Most of the furniture was designed and manufactured for this project. The predominant material is oak in a dark shade and light gray-beige shades on walls, floors and fabrics with the exception of some places, such as the fireplace and a headboard, which were chosen to be emphasized using dark gray wall color.

Lighting is an important part of the design, which is why all lighting fixtures, both indoors and outdoors, were carefully selected by the study team.
