The Dip Pavilion is conceived as an elemental architectural intervention within an existing residential landscape. Housing inspired by formal adaptive techniques and materials, a space for accommodating rain water as waterbody and locating skylight in the middle of the house. Entrance is dominated with circular wooden textured name plate inscribed by metallic Hindi letters. This building from the early 20th century is a structuring element of the Gobelins district and is distingued by its height, its concrete structure and its classic brick façade. As building has undergone multiple technical additions, its heritage and architectural quality has faded. On an ocean front mountain top, between tall grasses and acacia forests, walls meander in and out of the wild and wind swept landscape to create an 8 room retreat. Rugged, curvaceous concrete walls define the boundaries between architecture and landscape, wandering inside and outside to create public and private spaces. In the heart of Warsaw, quite recently, was opened the first in Poland Crowne Plaza hotel – The Warsaw HUB. It is a modern structure which reflects a vibrant city. Interiors were designed by architects of Tremend studio. Modern, multifunctional HUB located in Wola, Warsaw is a place which cannot be ignored. Two glass skyscrapers, connected by a bridge, hide conference and office spaces, relax zones and hotels. One of them, called Crowne Plaza, was opened there recently.
