The client’s brief was to design a space that functioned as both a professional coaching academy for CA, CS, and law students and a bold, youthful workplace. It needed to resonate with a younger audience while clearly reflecting a sense of purpose and seriousness.We began the design journey with a few carefully chosen keywords—focus, growth, clarity, and strength—which we translated into strong graphic interpretations that are woven throughout the project.

At the heart of the concept lies the idea that the training academy holds the "key" to the future of young minds. This metaphor is expressed through a striking key motif that appears throughout the space—from a large mural at the main entrance to subtle graphic touches in the lighting fixtures, furniture junctions, and flooring inlays. The custom-designed lights, powder-coated in bold red, also incorporate the key element while doubling as task lights in the work zones.

The entrance is anchored by a bold red elephant sculpture—a unique element that serves as a bench and a visual centrepiece. Symbolic in nature, the elephant represents wisdom, clarity, and the resilience required in the pursuit of knowledge—values deeply aligned with the ethos of the academy.

This space doesn’t just house learning—it embodies it, becoming a symbol of ambition, strength, and the power of education to unlock the future.

The elephant motif continues across internal partitions and even in washroom cabinetry, creating a sense of continuity and identity. The palette is defined by a base of grey and blue (drawn from the brand’s identity), while accents of red inject energy, playfulness, and a distinctive edge.
