Housing inspired by formal adaptive techniques and materials, a space for accommodating rain water as waterbody and locating skylight in the middle of the house. Entrance is dominated with circular wooden textured name plate inscribed by metallic Hindi letters. The entire front yard is highlighted with bold black paverd blocks.

Over the veranda is placed waterbody which gets naturally filled by the rain chain.

Living room has an integrated designed sitting unit. The assembly of the lounge has intervals for planters and books. The living area allows the view to the astonishing hanging metal staircase with veneer top. The staircase is followed till the terrace, giving the impression of vertical design statement.

Dining and kitchen follows the same axis, where a circular dining table is bringing a variety of look over the space. Master bedroom over ground floor has minimal design approach with white and veneer tone. The presence of planters and warm hanging light is bringing an elegant look the room.

Kids room has vibrant and fresh tones. The storage unit over the window side is designed as a sit out to enjoy the view and fulfill the purpose of storage. Adaption of stonecrete texture wall in wash area and jeslmer stone in shower area is a unique sight. The bathroom is setting an example of modernism in design.

Master bedroom over first floor has sleek and floral theme. Keeping the walls plain, back rest with tropical design pattern is hung along the wooden rod. The entire space is supervised by vertical louvers which is enriching the look.

The connecting functional space of first floor is the family sitting with sleek sofa design ornamented with artifacts over the wall.

The palm, the stone, the screen and the color palate is bringing the elevation together to dominate the context. A residence with such belonging to the sustainability is inspiration to living. A modern lifestyle under vintage feel through selection of materials and design.
