Vesper Tverskaya apart-hotel and residential complex is located on the Tverskaya street next to Triumfalnaya Square in the center of Moscow. It is an exceptional project that changes the aesthetics of life in a modern metropolis. Two buildings with apartments create a single ensemble, due to the common floors in the stylobate part, but with separate entrances.The buildings were designed by СПИЧ (SPEECH) architectural bureau led by Sergey Tchoban. he house is located in the south of the Moscow region in the Domodedovo district. The customers are a young creative family whose hobbies include traveling. This is clearly visible by the Easter Island statue greeting guests and passers-by at the entrance. The reduced copy of the statue is placed not only as an outrageous detail of the entrance group, but also as a visual boundary along the site and at the same time an architectural dominant uniting neighbors. The studio moved to a new office with an area of 400 square meters in Zamoskvorechye (Moscow city center), designed for one hundred people. This is a real creative space with open work areas, meeting rooms, and recreation areas. Caption The office is located in a historic building on Valovaya Street, 28, where the printing house of I.D. Sytin was located before the revolution, and in the 1950s the 1st printing house named after A.A.Zhdanov worked. Sberbank, the largest financial institution in Russia, commissioned Evolution Design to create a representative entrance to two adjoining high-rise towers that form part of Sberbank City, Sberbank’s new campus on Kutuzovsky Avenue in Moscow.
