Selenite Dreams by BUREAU explores the essence of plaster and its transformation within space
Presented at Audemars Piguet in Brassus, Switzerland, Selenite Dreams is an exhibition design by BUREAU (Daniel Zamarbide, Carine Pimenta, Galliane Zamarbide) that explores the very presence and essence of plaster as a material and its transformation within space.

Upon entering the exhibition, the art pieces of Nina Beier, Latifa Echakhch, Raphael Hefti, Olivier Laric, and Christodoulos Panayiotou (among others) are found in a seemingly undefined white grotto of plaster walls and vaults that bring the visitor into close contact with the art pieces.

Low wooden TV cabinet Leiwen
The Leiwen cabinet is a functional storage piece with an aesthetic design. Its appearance epitomises monolithic form and the natural quality of wood surfaces. Their symmetry conveys stability, while certain angles reveal a deceptive illusion of levitation. The composition of Leiwen’s design elements is arranged in a way reminiscent of Chinese characters, echoed by an accent façade of folded metal sheeting arranged in harmonic layers.

Each element is made up of several modules with assertive and structured shapes, which fit together to form a very graphic character set.

GOOD LIFE
GOOD LIFE – is a family nest in a countryside, which we were lucky to work out for a young couple and their children – two boys and a girl, who is awaited in the family. The original house layout was changed – we added additional functional rooms and at the same time preserved the double-light spaces and ceiling heights. A cloakroom was placed near the entrance, and the extra one we decided to locate on the first floor – a place for it was built on a furnace. AdGear – a fast-growing digital marketing agency founded in Montreal in 2010, and now an independent branch of Samsung Electronics – commissionedACDF Architecture to design its new headquarters located on McGill Street, in Old Montreal.
