The project site is a six-acre vineyard within The Vines of Mendoza, in Los Chacayes, Tunuyán, located 85 kilometers southwest of the city of Mendoza, Argentina. Set at the foothills of the Andes and immersed in the renowned Uco Valley—one of the country’s most prestigious wine regions—the house is surrounded by open horizons and the profound silence of the Andean landscape. CR House welcomes us with a facade that clearly expresses the project's intention. The front is defined by volumes that intertwine through green spaces, bringing the exterior landscape into the interior. The main entrance is elevated above the ground, providing the social area, which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room, with uninterrupted views of the golf course. The interpretation of the soul of each of the residents who will use the space there. Casa Melhado is located in a gated community in the city of Estância Velha in the Vale dos Sinos region. The house is located in Torre en Conill, Bétera, it is a house completely open to east  orientation, where the fields of the golf club are located, on the ground floor the house is distributed in two areas, on the one hand two rooms with their respective bathrooms and on the other side a large space where the large living room and kitchen is located, this large space is flanked on one side by a cantilevered staircase, supported by a concrete wall and on the other side in the large windows that open the space towards the garden. The house is located in a closed neighborhood in the northern side of Buenos Aires and is implanted in a ​​940 m2 lot. At the back of it there is a navigable canal that leads to the Lujan River.This strongly natural feature and the desire of the client to have a permeable house, closely linked to the environment, were the starting points for the project. We imagine then that the house could behave like a root that is taking possession of the land. A linear element, that bifurcates, goes up or down depending on the obstacles that wants to avoid or the objectives to follow during the growing process. The place Costa Esmeralda is a real estate development over the dunes on the coast, 390 km from Buenos Aires. This is a recent urban development with young acacias and pines forestation and some sectors of consolidated forest. © Daniela Mc Adden The lot to intervene is a high rise dune with the peculiarity of having in part aged woods and also a recent pine plantation, although undoubtedly its most prominent feature is the abruptness of its relief.
