The CVET32 house was created for young and contemporary people who value simplicity around them. The eight-story clubhouse is built in a modern minimalist style and is hidden on the second line of development on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The house fits into the contradictory and various contexts of the surrounding buildings due to its simple facade, devoid of decorative elements. In 2001, the Amsterdam tennis club Tie-Breakers had a clubhouse and a tennis hall built on the east side of Flevopark. The club has since grown considerably, and the building was in need of major maintenance work. This was used as an opportunity to enlarge the existing clubhouse and make it more sustainable.
