Navratna Corporate Park
Set within Ahmedabad’s Transit Oriented Development Zone, Navratna Corporate Park by INI Design Studio responds to the shifting dynamics of contemporary work with an architecture rooted in flexibility, sustainability, and urban identity. Positioned on a prominent 10,000 square meter corner plot, the complex is composed of two striking 70-meter towers that rise as a new landmark in the city’s commercial skyline. Their form composed of stacked volumes wrapped in double-skin high-performance glazing, hosts premium workspaces while integrating biophilic breakouts, advanced infrastructure, and environmentally responsible systems.

This next phase of our Client’s corporate campus included a conference centre, golf simulator and café, universal washroom, and separate office spaces for special project teams. These spaces were created to expand the office amenities and complete the floor plate, which they partially occupied.
In the effort to manage costs, project timeline and environmental stewardship, the previous tenant build-out was largely renovated, maintaining approximately 30% of the existing partitions and offices to suit the new layout. Rebouças was the chosen space to host the new office of Superbid Exchange, a pioneering company in digital auctions in Brazil, whose corporate interior design project was entrusted to Perkins&Will São Paulo studio.
