This metaphor of a playground became the foundation of the concept—a symbol of Odoo’s humble beginnings and its aspiration to empower people to discover, create, and thrive.

With research showing that collaborative workplaces boost productivity by 15%, the design goes beyond aesthetics to enhance functionality and foster meaningful interactions. The office features vibrant collaboration zones, inviting social hubs, and private spaces that support focus and creativity. Every element is a deliberate nod to Odoo’s mission to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
