Les Bases is a 148-square-meter house designed as an ecological architecture project for Meggie and Jasmin, a couple who are passionate about architecture and work as a designer and general contractor. This family home reflects their shared vision of integrating the building into its ecosystem and surrounding context, setting a high standard for ecological construction. Standing atop a hill overlooking the park entry, focused on the panorama of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains beyond, the Sunset Pavilion marks the intersection of multiple paths along a regional trail system. In concert with 8 additional pavilions throughout the park, the Sunset structure speaks to the simplicity of construction and the honesty of natural materials. The dramatic steel structure cantilevers from grade, sheltering visitors from the harsh Colorado sun. Upcycling Café is about 360 square meters.It is a part of Persian Golf complex in shiraz .The main goal of designing is creating environmental , social and economic sustainability .The waste materials , existing in the location of the project and a locality of collecting wastes ,have been applied .The designing details is in such a way that employer was able to implement them without professional builder. Devoting part of the cafe to eatable vegetables not only provided economic self-efficiency , but also filtered the interior air . “A few drops” is an urban pavilion, focused on environmental issues. Our approach is a critical expression against the industrial pollutions produced by humankind. We called people on social networks, to bring their wasted CDs for us. Thereby the intention was to raise public awareness about the issue and also supplying the main materials of our project with no budget. The pavilion construction is all done by people corporation. The pavilion structure was built with scaffolds which is 4m X 4m X 4m. The CDs were woven in fishing threads and they were hung to the net on the roof. The CDs are the metaphorical expression of raindrops to incite the human senses. More

As part of a 3.6 million sq.ft. SEZ development in the city of Bangalore, the first tower of roughly 360,000 sf is now well under construction with the 12 story (G+11) structure topped off. This new 30,000 sf, $9.5 million high-performance office building will provide an expanded regional administrative center for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). The building is the DEC’s first project designed under New York State’s Executive Order 111 and is projected to achieve a LEED “Gold” rating. The building makes extensive use of day lighting, direct solar gain and air stratification with automated shading integrated with lighting controls. Long span steel trusses allow for an expansive open workspace, flooding the main space with natural light. The cross section of the 6,000 sf Interpretive Center serves as a gateway to the site surrounding the house where Walt Whitman was born. The facility admits controlled daylight and segregates hot air for exhaust during swing seasons, minimizing the need for air conditioning. The use of exposed structure dramatically reduced the need for applied architectural finishes while establishing a vocabulary that is sympathetic to the early nineteenth century birthplace house. Exhibits on the wall form a reverse time line, beginning with the mature Whitman who is most familiar and leads back through his formative years to his birth point. More

The National Park Service joined forces with the National Endowment for the Arts to sponsor an open competition to design a monument to the first women’s rights convention in America. The fragmentary remains of the gathering place and the surrounding land would be the centerpiece of the newly established Women’s Rights National Historical Park. An almost ruined building, a lost manuscript: the site challenged designers to create a presence from an absence, a monument to a vanished time that is also a place to gather in the present.
