Each level has direct access to the natural ground, giving the building flexibility, spatial diversity, and integration with the landscape. The project involved the reconfiguration of the outdoor areas of an existing suite hotel complex. The aim was to repurpose existing areas and upgrade the overall space. Our goal was to provide an integrated user experience through the appropriate selection of uses. Caption First, we defined the entrance to the complex, providing a welcoming prelude to the experience that follows. “City Bay” residential complex is an example of balance between nature and the urban environment; the dynamic rhythm of city life and calm flow of the river.
