St Edmonds is a collection of 28 residences in Prahran, developed by B&B Property Group with architecture by Cera Stribley, interiors by Hecker Guthrie and landscape by Jack Merlo. Set near Greville Street, the architecture draws on the area’s Parisian-influenced streetscape through green travertine, concrete and refined metal detailing.

Inside, the character becomes softer and more restrained. Generous proportions, city and bay views, natural stone, timber and tactile finishes create an atmosphere that feels polished without becoming formal.

CUUB Studio approached the visualisation through mood rather than spectacle. Warm, controlled daylight gives the residences a calm, spacious quality, allowing material texture and the surrounding views to carry the imagery. The amenity spaces shift into deeper tones and softer shadows, introducing a more intimate, hotel-like atmosphere.

The contrast between the light, open atmosphere of the residences and the darker, more intimate character of the shared amenity spaces became central to how St Edmonds was represented.
