The Quoroom  FLY  building is a new multifunctional project in Lviv’s Zaliznychnyi district, combining retail space, apartments and office space. The project features advanced construction technologies that ensure its reliability and energy efficiency. Large panoramic windows guarantee excellent natural light, and autonomous heating ensures a comfortable microclimate in any season. The building has eight above-ground floors and an underground parking lot. The first and second floors are intended for commercial infrastructure. Woods Bagot has transformed InterContinental Sydney in a top-to-bottom redesign of the five-star property across guest rooms, public areas, restaurant and bar venues. It was a project unlike any other undertaken by Woods Bagot due to the diverse scope of works, the 171-year heritage of the property and its iconic location next to the Royal Botanic Garden overlooking Sydney Harbour. The guests are welcomed with a long central water feature that mimics a mirage in a desert, with the reflection of a chandelier that looks like sand dune contours. Some geometric patterns on furniture, mosaic tiles and carpets make a subtle reference to the local identity and its Nature. Dujiangyan city features in the wild forests in Chengdu Plain, famous of the Panda, and a tremendous ancient water institution in two thousand years ago. Our project lies in the raw massif; and is accompanied by forests, rivers, precious wild creatures. Like a floating roof between the hills and trees, the architecture provides a primitive forest retreat experience. PLAT ASIA The architect is designated to decide on the site on a vast scale. Pilibhit House, a mesmerizing hospitality project by Designers Group in Haridwar,  seeks to enthrall everyone who enters the town searching for liberation (Moksha). The cultural and religious significance of Haridwar played a considerable part in the contemporary design grammar of the Pilibhit House Hotel. Transforming a Mid-century Athenian building into a new Hotel Experience On May 8th 2021, SAY hotel opened its doors to locals and tourists becoming the newest destination in Kefalari, Greece. The Yfantis Group invited A&M to renovate an existing 1950’s 5-story building into the newest SAY hotel experience, marking it the next big move of Yfantis family’s hospitality business. This hotel was recently renovated, a project that preserved the traditional identity of the structure opened almost a hundred years ago, in 1929, by Thon Hotels, one of Norway’s largest hotel chains. The lighting design devised by SML Lighting involved the exteriors of the two buildings at the intersection of Kristian IV's and Rosenkrantz’ gate, using light to highlight the first floors of both facades, one historical and the other decidedly more modern.
