An apartment in Prague’s Holešovice district, overlooking the river and historic industrial halls, possessed a distinctive atmosphere from the start. The raw concrete ceiling, open floor plan, and panoramic city horizon set the tone for the entire design. Our goal was to enhance these qualities rather than overpower them. Located in a major economic center, this data center faced the challenge of parameter restrictions. Level 1 contains the electrical components, while Level 2 contains cooling units feeding up to the data halls on the upper levels of the building. The cooling units are located on the roof. Designed for a challenging site in Big Sky, the lot is very wooded and rocky and has a lot of variation to the elevations of grade. Different community restrictions, building code regulations and HOA restrictions as well. Fresh & Frozen, a leading company in Bulgaria specializing in temperature-controlled grocery warehousing and distribution, collaborated with IPA – architecture and more to design one of the largest temperature-controlled warehouses in the country.  The new logistics base covers an area of 9,500 sqm. The main building features a one-story volume for storage covering an area of 6500 sqm, along with a two-story administrative area spanning 3000 sqm. Located on the outskirts of Western Sydney, Big Blue comprises two office & warehouse units developed for light industrial activity, storage, and distribution. Big Blue adopts and refines the standard functional warehouse plan of its neighbours through the practical uses of volume, colour, and material, ultimately shaping an asymmetrical structure that transforms across the course of a day. Located at the base of Tâmpa Mountain, with a superb view over Brașov, this 2-room apartment had a lot of unexplored potential. The clients wanted a remodel with industrial influences, brick accents and dark tones. Already having clear design directions, the concept took shape fluidly, in close communication with the owners, revealing a completely new, surprising and unrecognizable home.
