Located in a major economic center, this data center faced the challenge of parameter restrictions. Level 1 contains the electrical components, while Level 2 contains cooling units feeding up to the data halls on the upper levels of the building. The cooling units are located on the roof.

Pulling influences from artwork, Corgan took the beauty of nature represented and translated it into the design scheme. The division of the solid masses represent rocks while the white massings were inspired by bamboo patterns.
