With our landscape design, we focused on transforming the Shenzhen stadium area into a lush environment, with a maximum amount of trees that frame the site and enhance the surrounding buildings. Harvest Communities presents an alternative masterplan model designed by The Room Architecture and Design, structuring residential expansion around preserved farmland, productive agricultural parcels, and natural contours. The boundaries extracted from the nine-square diagram no longer merely divide space; they become space. As the walls extend beyond the limits of the original grid, they generate a sequence of passages, intersections, pauses and openings that unfold through movement. Narrow corridors compress the body and direct the view, while sudden gaps reconnect the visitor with the scale of the surrounding fields. Mountain Retreat Villa is a contemporary luxury residence conceived for a steep, forested mountain setting, where architecture and landscape are carefully integrated to create a private retreat immersed in nature. The design is organized as a series of interconnected volumes that follow the natural topography of the site, minimizing the visual impact of the building while maximizing panoramic views toward the surrounding forest and mountainous landscape. The Glade Office Campus is an unrealised competition-winning design for an 18,000-square-metre workplace development in Marousi, Athens. Developed by Urban Soul Project in collaboration with UNS for Prodea Investments, the project was selected as the winning proposal in the architectural competition. Passerelle Zwolle is a new pedestrian bridge connecting the historic centre of Zwolle, the Netherlands, with the developing districts south of the railway. Designed by a multidisciplinary team led by Karres en Brands, with ipv Delft as bridge specialist and Ingenieurbüro Miebach as timber construction specialist, the Passerelle results from an intensive design process to develop an integrated vision for the railway zone.  Sasso Nero is a bespoke contemporary residence on Sydney's Northern Beaches, where architecture, landscape and topography are conceived as a single composition. Responding to its bushland setting and coastal climate, the home demonstrates a site-specific approach to residential architecture grounded in materiality, craftsmanship and environmental performance. Organised around outdoor living, the home dissolves the threshold between inside and out. Inaugurated in 2026, Western Station is one of the four iconic stations of the Riyadh Metro network. Spanning 112,500 sqm, the station was conceived as a catalyst for urban renewal, with a design that reflects the local culture and heritage while establishing a landmark identity. The new urban “crossroad” brings together an above-ground metro station, a bus station, an underground park & ride facility, a market, a mosque, and a vast public plaza. The Qasr Al Hokm Downtown Metro Station, along with the Western Station, is one of the principal hubs of Riyadh's new metro network. Connecting the North-South Blue Line and the East-West Red Line, it plays a central role within the city's public transport system, linking key districts while contributing to reduced traffic congestion, improved air quality and more sustainable urban mobility. Hubland II is part of the transformation of the former Leighton Barracks in Würzburg. Located on a former military site directly adjacent to the State Garden Show park of 2018, the project develops a new residential neighborhood. Four residential buildings with a total of 112 rental apartments complement the already completed Hubland I development with 175 apartments, completing the “Wohnen am Hubland” district with a total of 287 apartments. Grand in presence, vulnerable in cohesionWith the Lebuinuskerk as its defining landmark, the Grote Kerkhof, Stromarkt and Nieuwe Markt together form the historic heart of Deventer. Over time, the coherence of these squares gradually disappeared — resulting in a fragmented image of uneven asphalt, oversized parking spaces and a barren Grote Kerkhof. Together with residents, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders, we developed a widely supported vision that re-establishes the three urban spaces as a readable and experiential whole.
