Mountain Retreat Villa is a contemporary luxury residence conceived for a steep, forested mountain setting, where architecture and landscape are carefully integrated to create a private retreat immersed in nature. The design is organized as a series of interconnected volumes that follow the natural topography of the site, minimizing the visual impact of the building while maximizing panoramic views toward the surrounding forest and mountainous landscape. The Glade Office Campus is an unrealised competition-winning design for an 18,000-square-metre workplace development in Marousi, Athens. Developed by Urban Soul Project in collaboration with UNS for Prodea Investments, the project was selected as the winning proposal in the architectural competition. Flowering plants are followed by perennials – forgotten location in Arnhem has gradually developed into an exuberant urban garden.Arnhem city council presented an ambitious vision for a radical greening of the city. Spanning 112,500 sqm, the station was conceived as a catalyst for urban renewal, with a design that reflects the local culture and heritage while establishing a landmark identity. The Qasr Al Hokm Downtown Metro Station, along with the Western Station, is one of the principal hubs of Riyadh's new metro network. Connecting the North-South Blue Line and the East-West Red Line, it plays a central role within the city's public transport system, linking key districts while contributing to reduced traffic congestion, improved air quality and more sustainable urban mobility. Hubland II is part of the transformation of the former Leighton Barracks in Würzburg. Located on a former military site directly adjacent to the State Garden Show park of 2018, the project develops a new residential neighborhood. Four residential buildings with a total of 112 rental apartments complement the already completed Hubland I development with 175 apartments, completing the “Wohnen am Hubland” district with a total of 287 apartments. Grand in presence, vulnerable in cohesionWith the Lebuinuskerk as its defining landmark, the Grote Kerkhof, Stromarkt and Nieuwe Markt together form the historic heart of Deventer. Over time, the coherence of these squares gradually disappeared — resulting in a fragmented image of uneven asphalt, oversized parking spaces and a barren Grote Kerkhof. It is located at the intersection of Kechuang Road and Kewen Road in the central area of Jinan High-tech East District. Chunhui Road along the Yangjia River serves as the central axis of the new district. Maribor's coachmen were the most delighted when, in 1912, the Austrians inaugurated what is now called the Stari Most—the Old Bridge—over the Drava River, replacing a wooden structure that caused a frustrating bottleneck on the busy road from Vienna to Trieste. Linking the elevated districts of Lent and Tabor to the north and south, the Stari Most eventually became a symbol of the city, although it left the Drava riverbanks disconnected at the lower level. The new Splavarska pedestrian bridge now reconnects both margins very close to the Old Bridge.
