With several years of path and delighting the most demanding palates in Yucatan, GLaR decided to start a new gastronomic adventure, on the same steaky line but this time with a new approach, resulting from traveling and the enthusiasm for Texan cooking. Perched on the crest of a hill, the residence is a monolithic sculpture —one that turns its back on the rest of the compound, looking out to to the historic city of Grenoble in the valley and the jagged French Alps beyond. Up the slight slope lies a bosque-like park, studded with sculptures from the owner’s collection, and the rest of the Tour Saint- Ange estate, which includes a 17th-century farmhouse, expanded into a villa in the 20th century.   By creating a timber over poured-concrete structure, the house is crafted like a hulking, hovering object. The place. Playa Chapadmalal is an urbanized strip between the coast and the large marplatenses stays, which gives a character that toggles between rural and marine. We are in the South Coast of Mar de Plata, Barrio Playa Chapadmalal, 6 blocks from Route Prov. No. 11 with access to the Cruz of the South Beach, an area of 19.00mts x 51.00mts with a construction existing use for holiday approx. 60m2 located on the bottom and at the highest point of the ground. The Bellary House is located in the small town of Bellary known for its Iron Ore mines, boulder landscape, historic ruins and its hot and dry climate.   The house is located in one of Bellary's transforming neighbourhoods, which is currently seeing a lot of the older modest houses give way to more grander villas.   The house sits on a corner site on edge of this slow but steady transformation. Since 1944 Jané Group has been one of the main liquor stores in Tarragona. In 1980 they settled in a large area of 700 m2 in the KM1187 between El Vendrell and Comarruga, a place that Carmelo Zappulla, CEO of External Reference and Chu Uroz transformed in 2019 into a modern liquor store that will give a turn to this brand of trajectory. In the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto’s east side, Avling Kitchen and Brewery occupies a building that was initially constructed as an A&P Grocery Store in 1949. But in recent years it was used to grow bean sprouts.    “When we first saw the space, a lot of it was closed off refrigeration with growing beds. This hotel is built in one of the blocks of the orthogonal urban grid of the traditional neighbourhood El Poblado in Medellín. The new construction completes the block and pierces it, creating a pedestrian crossing, an internal park and new semi-public spaces: a passage, stairs, a courtyard, a podium, platforms, terraces and a covered square. The building itself is an urban crossing with a permeable configuration. It has several accesses and is surrounded by native vegetation. The brick house built in the beginning of the XX century and located in Suzdal city center is seen as an object of reconstruction both in terms of its architecture and function. The Stoke cider atelier, whose name was inspired by the small community next to which it is established, reveals itself in all its wintry glory. The project is hidden at the heart of the Eastern Townships, between a wooded area and a vast expanse of water. Wudang Mountain Tourism Economic Zone in Shiyan City has been actively promoting B&B business and improving the surrounding environment of the scenic area.
